An unforgettable culinary experience combined with an exclusive atmosphere, breathtaking views, and cuisine prepared by top chefs — all taking place up to 50 meters above the ground. A table seating 22 guests is lifted into the sky by a crane. From the center of the table, the chef and their team serve you, your loved ones, and friends unique and exquisite dishes.

Head Chef 2025: Peter Slačka

He began at age fourteen, working at a family friend’s gyro stand near the University of Economics in Bratislava. Every compliment he received confirmed that he had found his place in the world.

“That’s when I knew I wanted to become a chef. The job chose me,” recalls Peter Slačka.

At 26, he set off to Australia to gain experience. There, things were tougher — the strict hierarchy of the kitchen and being from a „little-known country“ led to moments of doubt, even tears. But his resolve to pursue gastronomy remained unshaken.

Today, he is one of the top chefs on the Slovak culinary scene.

Jak vlastně večeře či oběd v oblacích probíhá? Dvaadvacet hostů usedne kolem prostorného stolu na speciální pohodlná křesla, ke kterým je každý připásán bezpečnostními pásy. Poté je plošina vyzdvižena do vzduchu, kde šéfkuchař servíruje buď tříchodový oběd nebo o jeden chod bohatší večeři.

Head Chef of Kampa Park & Hergetova Cihelna

Marek Raditsch is currently the head chef of two renowned restaurants under the Kampa Group – Kampa Park and Hergetova Cihelna. He draws inspiration from Scandinavian cuisine and has visited several Michelin-starred restaurants in Sweden and Norway. He also served as a judge on the popular Czech edition of MasterChef.

His culinary creations have been enjoyed by numerous global celebrities, including King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway, Prince Albert and Princess Caroline of Monaco, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Mick Jagger, Robbie Williams, Sean Connery, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Orlando Bloom.

Dalibor Navrátil is a highly decorated expert in his field — both Czech and French cuisines call him “Master.” His skill in preparing fish will leave you speechless.

He grew up in the Beskydy Mountains, skiing through its picturesque valleys as a child.

The Eatery

He was born in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, where he also trained and graduated. Right after school, he moved to the United Kingdom, working under renowned chefs such as Pierre Koffmann. He then spent two years cooking at the London restaurant Galvin At Windows.

As sous-chef, he also worked under Roman Paulus at the Alcron Hotel restaurant — one of the few Czech establishments to have repeatedly earned a Michelin star.

Ondřej Koráb is one of the most experienced chefs of the younger generation. He led the kitchen at The Grand Mark Hotel for four years, spent a year working in a Michelin-starred restaurant in London, and has now been heading the kitchen at the Grandhotel Pupp in Karlovy Vary for the past three years.

Good to Know:

Vegetarian menu available upon request. If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance.

For safety reasons, guests under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances will not be allowed to participate in Dinner in the Sky.

Children without adult supervision will not be permitted to attend.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled experience.

If you arrive late, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.

Don’t forget to bring your booking confirmation with you.

What to Bring with You

Dress appropriately for the weather
Keep in mind that the wind is stronger and temperatures may be lower at 50 meters above the ground.

Don’t forget your phones, cameras, or video equipment so you can capture this breathtaking experience in the sky.

Weather

Individual dishes and drinks can still be served during rainfall.

The lift may be delayed or canceled in the event of wind speeds exceeding 15 m/s and/or during a thunderstorm.

The lift may also be delayed or canceled shortly before the scheduled event due to unfavorable weather conditions.

Groups

The maximum group size per lift is 22 guests.

Safety

Dinner in the Sky is a concept developed by Events in the Sky, based on two key principles: exclusivity and safety. Our goal is to provide clients with the exclusive experiences they’ve dreamed of — in the safest way possible.

All our products are designed according to the German DIN 4112 standard and manufactured in Belgium under the supervision of Rheinland TÜV.

This strong focus on safety is likely one of the reasons why Dinner in the Sky is now operating in over 40 countries worldwide, with official approvals in places such as the USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and more.

Restrooms

Restrooms are available near our entrance lounge. The time you are securely strapped in is 40 minutes for lunch and 60 minutes for dinner.

In case of an emergency, simply notify our safety technician, who is present at all times. The platform will be lowered immediately by the crane, and depending on the situation, we will either pause the experience or resume the flight and return for you again later.
